Our design for Cognizant’s new large-scale learning campus enables performance by seamlessly integrating innovation, natural collaboration, and technology into the everyday experience.
Chennai’s architectural landscape blends vernacular traditions with evolving urban development, and this is reflected throughout the campus. Traditional central courtyards aid natural ventilation and comfort; British-era neoclassical buildings shape the architectural language; and locally sourced materials such as terracotta, lime, and timber ground the architecture in its local context.
The result is a balanced, natural environment with smart workspaces and collaborative learning zones.
