The arrival experience sets the tone for the rest of the space. Material selection was carefully aligned with the client’s dedication to fostering a socially responsible environment, as well as creating spaces that nurture. Inspired by the hospitality sector; warm timber accents, marble flooring, hand-woven rugs, and sleek furniture create a sophisticated atmosphere. Materials such as terracotta, moss, and granite ground the space to the city’s surrounding luscious landscape.
Dedicated wellness spaces as well as informal social spaces are balanced alongside working neighbourhoods to highlight the client’s responsibility to their employees.
