Our Work
A workplace is most effective when it adapts to the many ways people work, connect, and recharge throughout the day. Designed for Schneider Electric, this space approaches the workplace through an activity-based strategy to bring together focused workspaces, collaborative zones, breakout settings, and social areas within a cohesive and interconnected environment. Rather than separating these functions, the design allows them to unfold seamlessly across the workspace, ensuring that each area remains visually connected to the larger setting.
Openness becomes the guiding principle of the design. Instead of conventional partitions, the environment is shaped through a thoughtful composition of furniture systems, planter elements, and ceiling articulation that gently structure the space while maintaining transparency and continuity.
Flexibility is embedded through modular furniture systems, allowing the workspace to evolve as teams grow and operational needs change. At the heart of the workplace, a multifunctional cafeteria acts as a social anchor, encouraging spontaneous interactions, informal discussions, and shared moments within the workday.
This layered approach allows individual work areas, collaboration settings, and informal breakout spaces to coexist naturally, creating a workplace that feels both organised and expansive.
Together, these design decisions shape a workplace that is flexible, human-centred, and thoughtfully planned.
